Sage 50cloud Accounts v29 will be released on Monday 30th January and Roveel is fully compatible.
Users of Sage 50 will be able to install Sage 50cloud Accounts V29 from Monday 30th January 2023.
Sage have developed some fantastic new features that will make your business operations more efficient while also making it simpler and providing a speedier means of accessing your accounting software through the new Quick Search function.
If you are a Roveel user, you won’t need to change any settings in order to maintain access to your dashboards since Roveel takes care of it for you. V29 is the latest version that Sage has launched, and through our close relationship with Sage as a Technical Partner we have ensured that we are fully compatible.

New – Refresh Button
A Refresh button has been added to all the ledgers.
New – Filters on Code Prompters
The prompters that help you find the correct Customer, Supplier or Product record now have a filter feature to help locate the correct record.
New – PayPal and Stripe improvements (50cloud only)
You can now apply part payments and settlement discounts to PayPal and Stripe payments.
New – Companies House Lookup (50cloud only)
A button next to the new Company Registration Number field allows you to lookup up company details at Companies House.
Managing cashflow is key to business success
Sage have introduced partial payments and early settlement discounts to enhance the payments acceptance experience. Additionally with Invoice Finance from our Partner Satago, customers can ease cashflow from unpaid invoices.
New – Quick Search
The Quick Search function has been extended into individual record fields. This makes it even easier to find existing records when entering data, for example, you can find a product record using its part number, or a customer record using a contact name. Quick Search has also been added to the Projects module.
New – Company Registration Number field
A 16 character Company Registration Number field has been added to the Customer and Supplier records.
New – Gross Amount column
A Gross Amount column has been added to Batch Entry dialogs.
New – Increased Product Record field sizes
The Product Description has been increased to 120 characters and the Supplier’s Part Number to 60 characters.
New – Product Records
Product description increased from 60 to 120 characters to give more flexibility. Similarly, the part number field has been increased from 16 to 60 characters.
New – Additional Email and Analysis fields
3 new Email and 3 new Analysis fields have been added to the Customer and Supplier records.
