  • Which versions of Sage 50 do you integrate with?
    We integrate with all versions of Sage 50 from V16 (2010) to the latest versions.
  • Do I have to have the “cloud” features enabled for Roveel to work?
    No – we integrate with all versions of Sage 50 and you do not need to be cloud connected. Roveel works if you use what was formally known as Sage Drive, now replaced with Remote Data Access or keep your files locally on your server or local hard drive.
  • Do I have to manually import files to Roveel?
    Roveel automatically synchronises your file when you first get set up and auto refreshes on a daily basis without the need to export or import any files manually.
  • Is the product an App or website?
    Roveel is a web application which can be accessed on your desktop, laptop, mobile or tablet. The web address can be bookmarked into your favourites and a shortcut created as an “app” on your mobile / tablet device.
  • How long does it take to install?
    The install process takes around 5 minutes of your time, and the first upload takes around 45 minutes depending on your data size and internet connection. You should be browsing your data within the hour.
  • Where do I install?
    The Roveel connector is installed alongside where the Sage data files are stored which may be on your Server or local hard drive. If it is on your server, you may need to forward the setup details to your IT support team….don’t worry, when you sign up you are asked if you wish to do this and our system does the work for you.
  • What about support?

    We offer email and telephone support during normal working hours – 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday). If we are busy, please leave a message and one of the team will contact you. We also have a help desk library containing many useful articles to answer your questions: roveel.zendesk.com

  • Is the 14 day free trial really free?
    If you sign up for a free trial through Roveel.com you will not be required to enter billing information and will be requested to do so at the end of your trial period. If you sign up through the Sage MarketPlace, you will be required to enter billing information with Sage when you commence the trial and should you wish to cancel, you will need to do this in accordance with their terms.
  • Contract length? Is there a minimum contract term?

    We offer both Monthly and Annual subscriptions, payable either via Direct Debit, using our Partner; GoCardless or through Debit/Credit Card using our Partner; Stripe. Monthly contracts are on a rolling monthly basis and shall renew automatically each month unless notice is given by which one month is required. Annual contracts renew automatically and requires 90 days notice before the renewal period. Our full Terms and Conditions can be found here.

  • Where is my data stored and is it secure?

    At Roveel we take data privacy seriously. We use Amazon Web Services to host our data and use servers located in Ireland. Please see our Privacy Policy here for further information.
