Alerts functionality has been extended to include stock items – making it easier to stay on top of crucial stock-related updates. Receive real-time notifications within the Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Invoicing modules. These alerts not only improve efficiency but can also be tailored to suit your specific needs.
Improved Customer & Supplier Communications
A new, streamlined way to track communications with both customers and suppliers is here. This feature is especially useful for credit control, giving teams clear visibility of past interactions and improving relationship management across the board.
Country of Origin in Stock Lists
A customer-driven enhancement from the Sage Ideas Portal, this update makes it simple to identify the origin of stock at a glance – helping you make informed decisions faster and ensuring transparency in the supply chain.
Modernised Web Screens and Enhanced API
The UI (user interface) modernisation is continuing with updates to the Sage 200 Commercials Web Screens. You’ll notice a more intuitive, user-friendly interface for tasks such as:
- SOP Returns (Enter, Amend & View)
- Amend Order Status
- Amend Return Status
Alongside the new screens, there are multiple new API endpoints and enhanced existing ones to help businesses extend their integrations and improve automation capabilities.
SEPA Compliance Updates for EBanking
To support regulatory changes for the Single European Payments Area (SEPA), EBanking functionality has been updated. This includes:
- Core changes within Sage 200
- Two new EBanking plugins tailored for different bank requirements
