Thank you for your interest in our Affiliate Scheme. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1. To participate in our affiliate scheme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate applications at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions

2.1. Affiliates will earn an upfront commission equal to the first months base subscription monies received from customers who sign up using your unique affiliate tracking link.

2.2. Commissions are calculated based on net subscription revenues, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or discounts.

2.3. Payments will be made quarterly and supported by a statement providing the details of each individual company subscribed using your affiliate link.

3. Free use of Roveel

3.1 We will provide the Affiliate with ONE free Base subscription licence to Roveel for either Sage Accounting, Sage50 or Xero for the duration of being an Affiliate.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1. Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Misleading or fraudulent advertising.
• Using their own affiliate link to make personal purchases.
• Promoting the scheme via spam or unauthorised communications.

4.2. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations including GDPR.

4.3. Affiliates are prohibited from using our brand name or trademarks in domain names, social media profiles, or paid advertising without prior written consent.

5. Tracking and Reporting

5.1. We will provide affiliates with a unique tracking link to monitor referred customers and calculate commissions.

5.2. We are not responsible for tracking failures due to technological issues, user behaviour (e.g., cookie blocking), or any other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time with written notice.

6.2. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer receive commissions for new referrals, but commissions for existing subscriptions will be honoured for a period of 30 days.

6.3. Affiliates must immediately cease using all promotional materials and tracking links upon termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate scheme.

7.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount of commissions earned by the affiliate during their participation in the scheme.

8. Modification of Terms

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the affiliate portal.

8.2. Continued participation in the scheme after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

By joining the affiliate scheme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
